Founded in 2002, VCL Construction is an Eastern Ontario-based General Contractor with extensive experience delivering ICI projects through Construction Management, Lump Sum, and Design-Build methods. 

Our work is built on strong relationships, repeat clients, and the trust and respect that come from regularly delivering projects on time and on budget. 

As part of our commitment to supporting our client base, our team has expanded into Western Canada under the name EWC Canada. This ​allows us to continue providing construction services with continuity in leadership, coordination, and project delivery.
